CORA HOLLAND HAFFNER Executive Operations EA & Founder
I've been supporting executives, founders, and leaders since 2005. Long enough to know that the best thing I can do for someone is make sure they never have to wonder whether something is handled.
Most of my clients come to me through referrals, which suits me fine. The relationship is with me directly. That's how it's been from the beginning, and it's how I prefer it.
What I've found over twenty years is that the work people hand me is rarely the whole picture. There's always more that needs to happen for a project to land well: the follow-up that didn't get scheduled, the detail that would have caused a problem two weeks later, the thing nobody thought to ask for because they didn't know it was needed. Catching those things before they surface is where I think I do my best work.
Governor Pete du Pont trusted me with his calendar, correspondence, and confidential matters for over fifteen years. That relationship, and every one since, has been built on the same foundation: discretion, follow-through, and no dropped balls.
I'm a productivity enthusiast, but not in the way that phrase usually gets used. I'm not interested in doing more things. I'm interested in the kind of days where you move calmly from one thing to the next, where the details are handled, where there's room for the work that matters and the life that surrounds it. Fresh flowers on the table, time for the things that make you feel like yourself. That's what I'm optimizing for, for my clients and for myself.
I live and work in Wilmington, Delaware.
